Rest on the Sabbath? Not at this joint!

Due to all the festivities and drinking in the last few days, there has been no cleaning, cooking, or laundressing being done here so that is how I have spent my day.

Did go to a Wizards Game last night with Lloyd and Carson. It wasn't bad but I guess I have found that my passion for sports lies with Football and Hockey so now I am spoiled. It was nice to get out however.

After, caught up with Lisa, Mike, Kelli, and Mike's Hot Sister Dancer for the Wizards as Lloyd likes to refer to her (her name is Sara) and went to Peacock.

Celeste was working so I got a chance to snag her away from working for awhile to chit chat with her too. Lisa and I did run over to the Elbow Room as she was looking for a few people that she wanted to chat with. we found them and hung around for about 45 minutes.

Thus leading me into today. Got up, cleaned my bathroom, the kitchen, did the laundry, ironed the clothes, and now I have started the tree and vacuuming. (of course I am not going to get the vacuuming done till all the garland is up as it sheds so bad everywhere.

I had to send Lloyd out to get some as the strands I had last year died and I never replaced them. He is going to go look for gifts for Carlson anyhoo so that gave me a few minutes to just sit down as I haven't sat at all today.

Of course now we find out that we are hosting Christmas. Sounds like we may have close to 20 peeps here on and off so with putting up the tree comes the challenge of making enough space for all those people plus furniture, plus the monster 7 foot tree.

I think I got it together, I had to move the damn tv which is always fun with the 50 thousand cords. At least the dumb things is on wheels. It was ironic however as Lloyd came and asked me if I wanted help. I told him to help me out he should just go away as for sure my mood would darken before I got the furniture moved, and sure enough it did. (I ran over my damn foot.) I do like how it looks, and it flows pretty decent considering. I think we should be just fine for Christmas Day.

With that I suppose I should go monitor the meal at hand as my bun buns are almost ready to pop in the oven.
