The "Ugh" Factor...
Okay today has been "random acts of aggravation" day.First, I really didn't want to get out of bed. Torrie was laying up against my tummy this morning and for a change she wasn't a bed hog taking all the comforters so I didn't mind her laying with me. Besides she was warm.
I got up and had a hard time getting moving. After my shower I had to slather my neck pretty good as my seborrheic dermatitis is back...ugh. Itchy shit. I called to have my prescription of Elildel refilled as I am out. I had to go peek again to figure out what the hell I have...sounds about as wonderful as that pear did yesterday.
Though the exact cause of seborrheic dermatitis isn't known, several contributing factors seem to play a role, including an abnormality of the oil glands and hair follicles. People with this disorder seem to have increased oil (sebum) production.
It's also thought that in some people, a yeast (fungus) called malassezia grows in the sebum along with bacteria. Antifungal treatments, such as ketoconazole (Nizoral), are often effective, supporting the idea that yeast is a contributing factor.
Outbreaks may be linked with production of certain hormones, physical stress, fatigue, travel, change of season — outbreaks are usually worse in the winter — or illness.Ugh again. Hopefully this will pass.
I just love being a petri dish.
After reading that now, I feel I should go take a shower, lube myself up, and then douse myself with flea powder.

Work related Ughness...one of my AP's as been here three times this week already. THREE. Today is Wed...please please please don't come visit me any more. The guy is from Bosnia and has a hard time articulating what he wants to say and now he is pissy again. He wants me to fix all of his problems, and he has plenty mind you, but I am no miracle worker. Hell, my life is not wonderful in all aspects either but I wasn't going to take a royal dump on him. Not that he would understand anyhoo as half the time I don't think he listens to me anyway.
So, I have made the determination today that I am going to try not to let stuff get to me.
As you can see, it's not working. I am going to have to go find some more face pounding videos to post here...that always makes me chipper.
